1. Who I Am

Katearci is a small creative business run by a solo entrepreneur (that’s me!) offering custom-made or original-designed headwear products. Everything you see is created with care and passion.

2. Products and Orders

  • All items listed on my website are subject to availability.

  • I try my best to show accurate product colors and descriptions, but screen settings can affect how they appear.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You are responsible for making sure your shipping and contact details are correct.

Please note:
If you choose to pay with cryptocurrency, the total cost will be higher due to high processing fees and the unstable value of digital coins.

These payment options will become available after the pre-order period ends and the product is officially launched for regular purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

  • Once shipped, I’m not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you can return or exchange your purchase!

  • Items must be returned within one week of receiving the return label.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged).

  • Your refund will include the amount you paid for the product, minus the return shipping label fee.

Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

All content on this website images, product designs, logos, text, etc. belongs to Katearci. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without my written permission.
