What does pre-order mean?
Pre-ordering allows you to order items before they are in stock. Please note that pre-ordered items will not ship until they are available. If you include a pre-order item in an order with in-stock items, the entire order will wait to ship until the pre-order item is in stock.

Katearci is a unique line of headwear that blends futuristic, cyberpunk aesthetics with feline-inspired designs. Each piece is created to make a empowering statement and bring out your inner strength and creativity.

 

What materials are used in CyberCat Headwear?

I use a type of thermoplastic used in 3D printing. It is known for its high durability, UV resistance, and weather resistance, making it suitable for outdoor applications. 

 

How do I care for my CyberCat Headwear?

To keep your CyberCat Headwear in top condition, gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes international shipping is available. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on the destination.

 

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes, Items must be returned within one week of receiving the return label. Items must be in their original condition. Your refund will consist of the amount you paid for the product, with the fee of the return label deducted.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel the order if the items have not been shipped. If they have been shipped you cannot cancel.
