Thank you for shopping at Katearci 💫 Each headwear piece is made with love and passion and I want you to feel happy with your order. If something’s not right, I’m here to help.

💌 Can I return or exchange my headwear?

Yes! I accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You must request the return within 7 days of receiving your return label.

  • Items must be sent back in their original condition  unworn, clean, and undamaged.

  • Once I receive the item, your refund will be processed, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

🚫 What items can’t be returned?

  • Items returned after the 1-week window

🔄 Can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

  • If it’s already on its way to you, cancellation is no longer possible.

💸 When will I get my refund?

After I receive and inspect your returned item, I’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund (minus the return label fee) will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to show up, depending on your bank.
